Our Content: All AI-generated explanations, app features, and intellectual property belong to StudyAgent. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

Free Tier: StudyAgent offers a free tier with limited features.

Premium Subscription: Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StudyAgent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific academic outcomes or grade improvements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyAgent shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or academic standing
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content

10. Parental Controls and Monitoring

Parents and guardians have the right to:

• Monitor their child's StudyAgent activity
• Receive progress reports
• Request deletion of their child's data

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
